          Examine yourselves to see if your faith is genuine.  Test yourselves.  Surely you know that Jesus Christ is among you; if not, you have failed the test of genuine faith.                               2 Corinthians 13:5 (NLT)

 

 

          I know, my God, that You examine our hearts and rejoice when You find integrity there.                1 Chronicles 29:17 (NLT)

 

Even when:

          * ________________ is required

          * ________________ is involved

          * ________________ is rushed

 

 

2. Refreshing your faith

 

          Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.                   Luke 5:16

 

          Lord, when doubts fill my mind, when my heart is in turmoil, quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer. Psalm 94:19 (LB)

 

 

          Therefore we do not lose heart.  Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16

 

 

3. Sharing your faith

 

          Make your light shine, so that others will see the good that you do and will praise your Father in heaven.                  Matthew 5:16 (CEV)

 

 

          The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.         Galatians 5:6

 

 

          And now the word of the Lord is ringing out from you to people everywhere...for wherever we go we find people telling us about your faith in God.  We don’t need to tell them about it.     1 Thessalonians 1:8 (NLT)

 

          ...The news of your faith in God is out.  We don’t even have to say anything anymore—you’re the message!                1 Thessalonians 1:8 (Message)
